Shipping:
We ship FedEx Ground in the United States and UPS to
Canada and Mexico. Overseas orders are shipped via the
US Postal Service.
Payment:
We accept certified checks, Visa, MasterCard and American
Express.
Refunds:
Customers have 2 weeks to cancel any custom orders.
In-stock orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of
confirmation from the artist. Designs In Clay does not
take responsibility for packages signed for by third
parties, e.g. neighbors or doormen. Photographs of any
items damaged in shipping should accompany requests
for refunds. Alternatively, works damaged in transit
may be returned to Designs In Clay for a full refund.
